A quick and easy side dish to make the most of the delicious asparagus that’s in store now! Thanks Rosemary.
You Will Need:
12 asparagus spears
4 tbsp of soft butter, softened
1 glove of garlic
Method:
Snap hard end off the asparagus spears and trim to size.
Steam with a little boiling water for approx 3-5 mins until the colour intensifies.
Finely chop garlic and blend with butter.
Lay asparagus on serving platter and sppon butter garlic mixture over the top.
Serve and devour!
